Delivery Costs
Physical products that have been paid for in accordance with the offer on the webshop will be delivered to the Buyer within 7 working days (except for island destinations, subject to ferry schedules, and the Dubrovnik-Neretva County region). The delivery date may be longer depending on the product, which will be clearly indicated on the website and in the order.
When making a purchase, you may choose between home delivery and personal collection. Goods may be collected at our address; for all details regarding personal collection, please contact us at info@istriawinemuseum.com.
Delivery Process
Delivery is carried out by the Seller (via its own staff) or through a reputable courier service. Products are packaged so as to withstand ordinary handling during transport without damage. Upon receipt, the Buyer must inspect the goods for any visible damage and report it immediately to the delivery person, or refuse to accept the shipment if external damage is visible. The Buyer is required to sign the delivery note or consignment note upon collection, which serves as confirmation of receipt.
If the Buyer receives a product different from the one ordered, the Buyer is entitled to delivery of the correct product. If this is not possible, the Buyer is entitled to a refund of the product price, the original delivery cost, and any reasonable return shipping costs, and must return the incorrectly delivered product. If the Seller is unable to deliver the purchased product within the stated timeframe, the Buyer will be notified in order to agree on a new delivery date. In such cases, the Buyer also has the right to cancel the contract. Upon delivery, the Buyer receives all documents accompanying the product and a VAT invoice. The delivery cost is visible in the shopping cart and includes VAT.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the product and the delivery destination (Croatia or international).
